My professional journey began in the hair and beauty industry, working with leading brands such as L'Oréal, Estée Lauder and Wella in regional, International and global education roles.  During that time, I was driven by a deep interest in Trichology, the science of hair and scalp health. Through my training with the Institute of Trichologists in London and my clinical work, I quickly noticed a common thread: many clients were not only dealing with physical symptoms of their hair and scalp issues, but also high levels of stress, anxiety, or low self-esteem.

That insight led me to study Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy with the UK College of Hypnotherapy and Hypnosis and further studies in hypnotherapy and rapid induction therapy with Ali Campbell, one of the world's leading hypnotherapists.  Having experienced the benefits of hypnotherapy personally, I knew how powerful it can be in addressing the underlying emotional and psychological roots of physical symptoms. I then extended my training with the International Society of Paediatric Hypnotherapists, enabling me to work safely and effectively with children and adolescents.
